M3

M3 Huddle Sessions Available!

High-quality afterschool experiences play an important role in supporting Minneapolis youth to recognize and achieve their greatest potential. That’s why we are committed to supporting a continuous program improvement (CPI) cycle using M3 (Making Meaning with Multiple Data Sets). Participation in the CPI Cycle can help your organization use data to strengthen and improve your program – leading to better outcomes and experiences for youth.

The M3 Huddle is a day-long session led by certified facilitators that brings together program teams to intentionally reflect, plan and identify action steps using 2-4 data sets to improve their afterschool programs.

Join YCB for an M3 Huddle – choose one:

Hennepin County

Hennepin County Youth Pages on website!

Resources for Youth can be found on the Hennepin County website here.

What?   It is a dedicated page on Hennepin.us that has resources for young people to assist in their transition to adulthood.  It includes resources that Hennepin County offers to residents and a broad array of community assets.

Why? Our community is rich with resources serving 14-26 year old, yet many young people struggle to find the appropriate services in a timely manner.  We, as a community, are invested in further collaboration to improve access and build transparency of services for transition-age youth to ensure youth transition well into adulthood with healthy bodies, healthy minds, and healthy relationships.

How?  In 2018, the Transition Age Task Force prioritized increasing access to services for 14-26 year old.  From this group, the Increasing Access sub-committee formed.  This group created a project vision and began evaluating opportunities: the group landed on revising the Youth Resources page on Hennepin.us as an early opportunity in February of 2019.  The Increasing Access sub-committee (composed of young people, community providers and Hennepin County staff) met five times to discuss content, ensure the breadth of resources available, and provide input on user ability and marketing.
