Eight days left to propose a workshop

This year's theme will be Together: Mobilizing for a Better Minneapolis.

We are seeking proposals from individuals, communities, organizations, City departments and institutions of workshops that embody this theme of unity and creative solutions to community challenges.

Successes of past years' conferences

On February 10, 2018, just under 700 residents, elected leaders, and representatives from nonprofits and community organizations came together to learn about civic engagement opportunities, community partnerships, social justice initiatives and ways to shape local government policies. You can view past years' conference reports, including feedback from 2018 the community round table, here.

Programming in 2018 included an opening panel on transformative leadership, two sessions of workshops, a community round table with the Mayor and members of City Council, a neighborhood showcase and over 100 exhibits.

NCR invites you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2019 Community Connections Conference  on Saturday, February 2 in the Minneapolis Convention Center, lower level, in Hall A. The conference brings together neighborhoods,

Exhibitors will receive:

  • A 10'x10' exhibit space.
  • A table, table skirt and two chairs.
  • Inclusion in program in print and online. 
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch and beverages.

Please note that Wi-Fi and electrical service are not included, but they are available for purchase from Minneapolis Convention Center Exhibitor Information.
