Exhibit at the 2019 Conference

NCR invites you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2019 Community Connections Conference  on Saturday, February 2 in the Minneapolis Convention Center, lower level, in Hall A. The conference brings together neighborhoods, communities, residents and local government to make connections and build capacity during a day of interactive exhibits, workshops, round tables and an opening panel.

Exhibitor space is free for nonprofits and public entities. For-profit exhibitors or any exhibitor selling a product must pay $100 and provide the payment receipt number at the time of registration. If this applies to you, read the payment instructions here...

Exhibitors will receive:

  • A 10'x10' exhibit space.
  • A table, table skirt and two chairs.
  • Inclusion in program in print and online. 
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch and beverages.

Please note that Wi-Fi and electrical service are not included, but they are available for purchase from Minneapolis Convention Center Exhibitor Information.

Do you have an idea for a workshop?

This year's theme will be Together: Mobilizing for a better Minneapolis.

We are seeking proposals from individuals, communities, organizations, City departments and institutions that represent a variety of voices, modes of expression and experience.

If you would be interested in hosting a workshop, please email Nick at Nicholas.ngo@minneapolismn.gov before December 21, 2018 with the following information:

  • Your company or organization name.
  • Address, City, State and Zip code.
  • Contact information.
  • Presenter information.
  • Name(s), Title(s).
  • Name and contact information of additional presenters or panelists.  
  • Session Title: 5-7 words maximum.
  • Synopsis: A few sentences to be used in program booklets.
  • Full description: 300 words maximum, including learning objectives.
  • Preferred schedule: Morning or afternoon.
  • Time needed for set up and clean up.
  • Session format: Debate, clinic, dialogue, moderated session, panel, presentation, etc.
  • Equipment: Please send a request if additional equipment is needed. Organizers can provide flip charts, markers, room set-up, LCD projector, screen, a microphone, speakers (upon request).
