The Missouri State Employees Charitable Campaign (MSECC) is your chance to make an impact! This annual fundraising effort provides state team members the opportunity to donate to their favorite charitable organizations with ease—either through payroll deductions or with one-time gifts.
In the last two years alone, state team members have contributed nearly $1,550,000 to organizations, making an impact both locally and globally. Every dollar donated through MSECC supports charities delivering essential programs and services. By giving, you’re helping to build a better future.

State employees can pledge their support to one or more charities during the campaign, using either an online pledge card or a paper version. Payroll deduction makes it simple to spread your annual contribution across pay periods, but you can also choose to give by check or money order. The “continuous pledge” option allows your donation to automatically renew each year unless designated otherwise.
Every contribution counts—whether large or small! A minimum of fifty cents per pay period per designated charity applies for payroll deductions. We encourage you to reflect on the needs in your community and give back if you are able.
