Important Information: KnowBe4 Cyber Security Training

Hello OA team members,

A new training supplier, KnowBe4, will be introduced and replace our current cyber security training platform, Ninjio. Though producing similar topics and videos as our current provider, KnowBe4 will offer new enhanced features and provide new information, such as:

• Cybersecurity training for comprehensive end-user awareness
• Cybersecurity training specific to technology focus areas
• Assignment of training modules to any and all workforce users via Okta integration 
• Assignment of training to user groups – allowing customized training for specific groups
• Tracking and reporting of user completion rates

KnowBe4 cybersecurity training will be released this Friday, Jan. 12, 2024, to OA team members. Team members may still receive Ninjio cyber security training videos through the KnowBe4 platform.

You will be notified via email that a new security awareness training has been assigned. You may click on the KnowBe4 image below to view detailed instructions that will help you navigate the training.

While KnowBe4 videos will no longer be uploaded to MO Learning, KnowBe4 training videos can be accessed at any time through the link in the email. Previously uploaded Ninjio videos will remain on MO Learning. Team members are encouraged to explore the KnowBe4 platform. 

If you encounter any problems with the training, please enter an ITSD Service Portal ticket.

What to Expect:

1. KnowBe4 cyber security training will be released this Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.
2. Instructions for accessing KnowBe4 training can be found above.
3. Email notifications will be sent when the training is assigned.
