Team –
I am consistently impressed by our teams. I know I’ve said that before, but it’s true every day. You all go the extra mile for our customers and for one another.
As we have just closed a round of RISE nominations, I reviewed them over the weekend and was humbled by the stories told in these nominations. The RISE committee definitely has their work cut out for them picking a winner (to be announced at our BBQ on Thursday!)
In this short message, I just wanted to say “thanks” to all of you for providing excellent customer service, every time.
I look forward to honoring you all at our BBQ at Scruggs Station Road (Document Solutions facility) on Thursday. According to the weather forecast I heard this morning, it’s going to be a beautiful day for all to enjoy.

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, Laura assists workers' compensation adjustors and specialists. She's also helped with the Missouri State Employees Charitable Campaign.
"I enjoy working with others to achieve the goal of being the best we can be to help the people of Missouri," Laura said.

Shout out to Risk Management's Grayson Imhoff and Megan McCarty for participating in a new attorney orientation with the Attorney General's Office (AGO).
Grayson and Megan presented a two-part training session for three new attorneys with the AGO's Labor Division. The training covered an introduction to the Central Accident Reporting Office and important information regarding the Second Injury Fund.
As Risk Management partners with the AGO to defend the State in workers' compensation cases, this training is critical to our program's mission to protect the State's assets against losses that might adversely affect its operation and continuity of services.
Thank you, Grayson and Megan, for sharing your expertise and further strengthening our division's partnership with the AGO.

Customer service is the key to success, even during times of hardship. Division and program leaders met last week to discuss the preparedness of our programs, and the division as a whole, in the case of a continuity event.
Crystal Wessing, Erin Coles, Jacinda Thudium, Kelly Ocheskey, Jessica Caddell, Stephanie Woodruff, Sylvia Bonner, Lee Ann Blythe, and Grayson Imhoff joined together to discuss ideas and processes the division can implement to ensure we'd be able to keep serving our customers during a continuity event with as little disruption as possible.
The division is certainly lucky to have such strong leadership at the helm!
