The CCWIS team is in the planning stages of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) efforts. BPR is the restructuring of business processes to shape practice and policy, with the goal of increased efficiency. This restructuring will enable staff to allocate more time in the field to engage with families and community partners, resulting in improved outcomes for families. In addition, it will help to ensure that the system we build aligns with and supports the agency’s child welfare practice.
