Update on Child Care Payments Related to COVID-19 - CORRECTED E-Mail Address

Dear Child Care Providers,
As Missouri continues to work through the challenges related to COVID-19, it is the Department of Social Services aim to continue to provide support to our child care providers. The Department is considering several options for providing financial support to child care providers. For the month of April, we have not yet finalized the payment process, but we wanted to assure you that we will, at a minimum, use the same formula for April that was used in March.
In addition, the Department of Social Services is currently working on a plan to distribute CARE Act funds that takes into account the needs of the children and their families we serve and child care providers impacted by COVID-19.
As soon as a final decision is made on April payment processes we will notify all subsidy child care providers.
