Bills Heard This Week
As the first regular session of the 103rd General Assembly drew to a close this week, a total of 67 bills were truly agreed to and finally passed. Three of the four omnibus higher education bills referenced in last week’s update passed, which made for an inordinately productive session.

These three bills will head to the Governor for his signature or veto over the next few weeks. If signed, they will become law on August 28.
