Engage Feedback

March is ENGAGE Evaluation and Upward Feedback month. During this time, supervisors are responsible for completing ENGAGE Evaluations for their direct team members and team members are provided the opportunity to complete Upward Feedback for their supervisor.

The State of Missouri wants to create a culture of development where ongoing conversations between team members and supervisors focus on real-time coaching, career development, and the unique professional aspirations of team members. ENGAGE evaluations give us more, better, and richer information so we can recognize and reward top performers. Evaluations and Upward Feedback assist in building relationships by providing real-time coaching and feedback that supports a healthy supervisor/team member relationship.

As you embark on your Evaluation or Upward Feedback journey, remember the goal of ENGAGE. The design of ENGAGE brings supervisors and team members together to help each other get better individually and in our teams. Check below to view information that can help you maximize your ENGAGE experience.

If you or any team member have more questions about Evaluations or Upward Feedback, please contact ENGAGE@oa.mo.gov.

National kidney month design

National Kidney Month

850 million people in the world have kidney disease. Yet, few are aware of its dangers. On average, kidney disease affects 1 in 9 people, with most of them not even being aware that they are ill.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is largely asymptomatic at the beginning. This lack of early detection can be fatal, as kidney dysfunction that lasts longer than three months most often is irreparable. Thankfully, though, early recognition and appropriate treatment can slow down or even stop the progression of CKD.

March is a great time to speak with your health care provider about your risk for CKD. Please see more information from The National Kidney Foundation and click the image above for interesting facts about your kidneys.
