Description: MIGIZI is seeking a full-time Deputy Director, responsible for the creation and management of MIGIZI’s programs, school and community partnerships and operations as it relates to program design, implementation, data collection, evaluation, and reporting. 

The Deputy Director is a critical pillar in setting the strategic direction of MIGIZI programming. Under the umbrella of program planning, the Deputy Director will oversee the Indigenous Pathways Programs (Green Tech Internship and First Person Productions Program) and the CLAW Program (Culture, Leadership, Academic and Wellbeing). She/he/they will have the overall responsibility of planning, developing, and supervising programs and operations consistent with MIGIZI’s organizational mission, goals, and quality standards.

Wage: $80,000 to $90,000 annually

College Access Program Coordinator at Pillsbury United Communities

Job Title: College Access Program Coordinator

Description: The primary objective of this position is to plan, implement and coordinate high-quality OST & summer youth development activities for grades 6-12. The Youth Program Coordinator will engage in relationship building with youth and families in the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood and surrounding community and contribute to development of Brian Coyle culture and programming. The Program Coordinator will facilitate programming and supervise a team including specialist(s), tutor(s) and college intern(s).

Wage: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

The Minneapolis Afterschool Network began as an initiative of the Minneapolis Youth Coordinating Board in 2014. It’s mission is to build up and sustain a citywide network of afterschool champions who increase access to high-quality afterschool and summer programming that keeps Minneapolis children and youth safe, inspired to learn, and prepared for the future. The Minneapolis Afterschool Network acts as a coordinating entity between public jurisdictional partners, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders to strengthen the field of youth work by:

• Increasing champions and advocating for equitable access to afterschool and summer programs.
• Improving the quality and strength of afterschool and summer programs.
• Collaborating and coordinating with nonprofit youth-serving organizations, schools, government, and youth to use resources more effectively.
