SSTS Professionals Open House Meeting
Save the date! March 31st, 2026, at 10:00 AM: The Onsite Wastewater Division is planning to hold our annual spring open house meeting. The meeting will be held at 7823 Hwy 135, Virginia, in the Vermilion conference room at the St. Louis County Public Works facility. The Division intends to hold this meeting in person but will also provide remote access via Microsoft Teams. Like in previous years, the Division has been dedicated to working with septic and industry professionals to improve the overall quality of St. Louis County’s septic program. The Division will be hosting one open house meeting to discuss the more focused direction of the program - expectations at final inspections, return for corrections policy, final paperwork submittal, and many other topics related to the septic program. We encourage everyone to attend to ensure the upcoming season runs smoothly, with no surprises.

Contact Planning and Zoning
The Planning and Zoning Department has implemented a single phone number primary line call center. During business hours, support staff from the department are available to answer incoming calls and triage them to available Planners and/or Environmental Specialists, depending on the caller’s needs. This provides greater efficiency in addressing incoming calls received and is more effective in addressing the public’s needs. The new Planning and Zoning Department phone number is 218-471-7103.
