Update on the federal conformity bill in the Minnesota Legislature

Yesterday, the Minnesota House of Representatives passed a federal conformity tax bill off the floor. This bill includes language that aligns with the federal Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes Act and encompasses tax year 2015 and tax year 2016. The bill will now move to the Minnesota Senate. We will continue to monitor the progress of the bill and provide communication as it evolves.
