          Dale Street Redesign

Ramsey County will be making roadway and safety improvements along Dale Street in Saint Paul, from Iglehart Avenue to Grand Avenue. Improvements are needed to replace outdated infrastructure and to address safety concerns for pedestrians and motorists.

The county would like your feedback on two potential design options.

Take the survey or attend an upcoming event. The survey closes on March 1.

  • February 15 Mississippi Market Pop-up from 4:30-6:00 p.m.
  • February 22 Open House at Martin Luther King Recreation Center (271 Mackubin St, St Paul) from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Your input will help the project team select a design concept in spring, 2024 with construction beginning in 2025.

Community & Economic Development is pleased to announce that the 2024 Housing Development Solicitation is now published. Ramsey County is now accepting applications from housing developers for the construction, rehabilitation and acquisition of affordable rental housing and affordable homeownership activities. Responses are due March 15th, 2024. 

All relevant information is posted on www.ramseycounty.us/housinginvestments.

Black History Month has been recognized every year since 1976. While it’s important to take this opportunity to look back and reflect as well as celebrate incredible milestones and victories, we don’t have to wait until February!
