COVID-19 vaccine eligibility guidelines expanded
The state of Minnesota expanded COVID-19 vaccine eligibility guidelines statewide on March 30 to include everyone age 16 or older.
Providers are being asked to still prioritize appointments for older Minnesotans, people with underlying health conditions and frontline workers. After that, they will have the flexibility to vaccinate any eligible Minnesotan.
Supplies remain limited. Not everyone who is eligible will immediately be able to make an appointment. Vaccine shipments from the federal government will continue to increase over the coming weeks, and eventually there will be enough vaccine for everyone.
How to get your shot
- Use the Minnesota Vaccine Locator Map to find providers.
- Use the CDC VaccineFinder to find pharmacy appointments.
- Contact your primary health care provider or a local pharmacy.
- Sign up for the Minnesota COVID-19 Vaccine Connector. The connector will inform you about vaccine opportunities in your area.
- Your employer may also reach out with information about vaccination opportunities.

Vaccinations by Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health
Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health continues to vaccinate priority and high-risk groups. Our clinics will continue to prioritize high-risk groups even as statewide eligibility expands. Once eligibility for county-run clinics expands, these appointments will be listed on Minnesota's Vaccine Locator Map.

Our commitment to equitable vaccine distribution
Informed by our Strategic Priorities, Ramsey County is committed to an equitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines.
- Ramsey County is following federal and state guidelines to distribute the vaccine in phases to have the greatest impact and prevent further spread to those most at-risk.
- Our commitment to equitable distribution is reflected in the county’s current focus on reaching 65+ individuals from racially and ethnically diverse communities who have suffered disproportionately high rates of COVID-19 illness and death. We continue to work with several community partners to reach these populations to ensure they get vaccinated.
Ramsey County provides free, low-barrier vaccination. Our vaccine clinics do not require proof of identification nor citizenship. The clinics do not require payment of any kind, regardless of health insurance status.
Daily COVID-19 saliva testing at Roy Wilkins

Hours

• The property tax statement for the current year (includes details by jurisdiction – county, city, school district, etc.).
• Instructions and stubs for first and second half of the year property tax payments.
• The property valuation notice for the next year (including information for discussing or appealing assessed values).
Watch a video to learn more about how taxes are determined, how to read your statement and how to resolve questions. The video is available in five languages:
Question or appeal your valuation
Please review your valuation notice carefully. If you believe there is an error, now is the time to appeal or question your classification or valuation. It will be too late to appeal when proposed taxes are mailed in November. The first step in the process is to contact the Assessor’s Office about your questions or concerns at 651-266-2131.
Due to COVID-19, the 2021 open book meetings will be held via phone April 5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and April 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
If you choose to formally appeal your property value to the County Board of Appeal and Equalization, the appeal forms must be postmarked by May 7.
