Due to the pandemic, Ramsey County Youth Works! has suspended regular meetings and upcoming events. Even though these have been suspended, the group has not stopped supporting youth and young adults during this difficult time. Through ongoing virtual meetings, the team has been working to share and collect resources to support young people and their families. Thank you to Mary Sue Hansen and the Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative for taking the lead on this!
Additionally, many programs continue to operate following current social distancing guidelines: Ramsey County Workforce Solutions continues to serve youth through phone and online meetings; Saint Paul’s Right Track program is moving their training and job fairs to online platforms; local school district staff are continuing to educate young people and provide them with regular healthy meals.
Thank you to everyone for your hard work and dedication to our community’s youth and families during these unprecedented times! Youth Works! will continue to identify and open new doors of opportunity for our most valuable asset during these uncertain times.
