 Street Reconstruction Project Scheduled to Start on 32nd Avenue on July 20
The general contractor for the 2020 Street Reconstruction Project, S. M. Hentges & Sons, has indicated they plan to begin construction activities Monday, July 20th on 32nd Avenue. Streets scheduled for construction during the 2020 construction season include 32nd Avenue, 24th Avenue, 17th Avenue, and Nathan Lane. Residents are advised to exercise caution when driving through the construction area.
A phasing map detailing which year streets are scheduled for reconstruction is included on the project webpage. The project webpage will be updated and email updates sent throughout the project as construction progresses.
To reduce the number of construction related email updates received by areas not currently under construction a second email list has been added. The original email list will be used for general periodic project related updates. To sign up for the construction email list when construction in your area starts please follow the link on the project webpage. The same link can be used to unsubscribe from the construction email list when construction in your area is completed.

Community health and safety is our priority. As a precaution aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), please do not approach workers or staff at the construction site. Residents who have question or concerns about the project should call or email city staff/the project manager.
The City of Plymouth is following the recommended guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health – which encourage social distancing (maintaining a 6-foot distance from others) and reducing the frequency of gatherings.
