2020 Street Reconstruction Project Bidding Update

The City recently bid the proposed street reconstruction project with limited response from contractors. The City is re-bidding the project which will result in the Public Improvement and Assessment Hearing for the project being rescheduled for May 12^th. A notice of the public hearing will be mailed approximately two weeks in advance of the scheduled hearing date and the notice will include the amount of the proposed assessment. A letter providing more details about the update will be mailed to residents in the next day or two.  Read the Project Rebid Notification Letter (PDF).
