RAPs due by March 1, 2021.

For the upcoming Spring Cleanup Grant cycle, it is highly recommended that requests for Response Action Plan (RAP) approvals (along with all supporting documents) be submitted to the MPCA no later than March 1, 2021. This provides the MPCA sufficient time for review and approval before the May 3, 2021 deadline for grant applications. In order to aid us in our workflow, please send an email to Andrew Nichols at andrew.nichols@state.mn.us if you plan on applying for redevelopment grants for your new or existing Brownfields site.
