The MPCA’s winter air modeling seminar will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. in the 2nd floor meeting room of the St. Paul office (520 Lafayette Road North). There will be air dispersion modeling presentations and discussions.
The seminar is an opportunity for participation by the regulated community. It is a forum where you can share your issues and ideas with the modeling community. To foster that conversation, we are again soliciting stakeholders to give presentations relating to air modeling, inventory, and monitoring topics. These presentations can be the standard style (multiple slides, 10-20 minutes) or a “Microtalk.” Microtalks are a maximum of 5 minutes and/or 5 slides to allow short, but informative and interesting presentations. We hope the new option to do a Microtalk will provide an opportunity for more stakeholders to present on a diverse set of topics.
