Updates on the Development of Commercial/Industrial VI BMPs

The MPCA’s Vapor Intrusion Stakeholder Advisory Group met most recently in August and October and has been hard at work developing new Best Management Practices (BMPs) for Commercial/Industrial Vapor Intrusion.  The latest information can be found on our website at https://www.pca.state.mn.us/waste/development-commercialindustrial-vapor-intrusion-mitigation-bmps.   

The next steps include development of the draft BMP document based on the mitigation framework for review by the Stakeholder Advisory Group.
