Construction Stormwater General Permit Public Notice and Informational Meeting

The National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for construction activity will expire on August 1, 2018. The draft permit and accompanying fact sheet as required by MN R. 7001.0100 subp. 3, are complete and will be on a 30 day public notice from April 10, 2018 until May 9, 2018 (4:30 p.m.). The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) will be hosting a public informational meeting for the reissuance of the NPDES Permit for Construction Activity via a live webinar on April 17, 1:303:30 (Central time). The meeting will consist of a short presentation highlighting the major changes followed by an open format question and answer session. Attendance may be limited, please register before the event to ensure access to the webinar. If several of you are watching from one location, we encourage you to view it together in one room. The webinar will be recorded and made available to any interested parties.

  2. There is NO call-in number for this webinar. You will need a headset or you can listen to the audio through the speakers on your computer. 

Questions can be submitted electronically during the meeting, however the MPCA encourages question to be sent prior to the meeting to ensure time will be available for each issue. Please submit questions or comments before April 17: constructionstormwater.pca@state.mn.us
