Roadway, Trail Closure

West River Parkway, adjacent trails, closed from 4th Street to Franklin Ave

West River Parkway and the adjacent pedestrian trail, from 4th Street South to Franklin Ave, are closed following a  mudslide along the hillside of West River Parkway during last night’s heavy sudden rain. The mudslide is located north of, and close to, the site of the 2014 mudslide. An onsite assessment will continue in the morning to better assess the damage.
