- Sidewalk closed on the northeast corner of University Avenue and 23rd Avenue Monday, Sept. 24 to Tuesday, Sept. 25; see details below. -NEW
- Third Street exit ramp from northbound I-35W closed 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 27 and Friday, Sept. 28; see details below. -NEW
- Sidewalk reconstruction on the south side of University Avenue, between Malcolm Avenue and Bedford Street, begins early in the week; pedestrians will be detoured into the construction area and access to businesses maintained. See details below. -NEW
- Driveway access for Tierney Brothers, Four Star Auto and Great Brakes will be available from the Malcolm Street and University Avenue intersection, beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 25 through early October; see details below. -NEW

- Ramp from northbound I-35W to University of Minnesota East Bank open; only right-turns to the east are available.
- Westbound lanes of Washington Avenue from East Bank to downtown Minneapolis closed between 19th Avenue and Cedar Avenue; detour via northeast Cedar Avenue Ramp, through Cedar, to northwest Cedar Avenue Ramp.

- North sidewalk of Washington Mall closed from Pleasant Street to Ford Hall; detour via sidewalk on north side of the pedestrian bridges.
- East and west crosswalks at intersection of Washington and Church Street closed; use pedestrian bridges near Coffman Union.
- East and west crosswalks at Union Street and Washington Avenue intersection closed; use temporary crosswalk west of intersection.
- South sidewalk of Washington Avenue between Pleasant Street and Church Street closed.
