Cleanup work at the Metro Liquid Waste Receiving (LWR) facility will take place on Tuesday, June 9. The site will remain open, but one disposal port will be shut down at a time while the cleanup is taking place. Delays are expected.
The cleanup involves:
- pressure washing the area
- repainting the disposal port numbers
- replacing the Met Council provided 3", 4" and 6" camlock hoses that are damaged
Please remove personal hoses before June 9
If you have a hose left on site, please remove it by June 9. Any hoses not provided by Met Council that are still on site on June 9, will be discarded.
