Construction is active along Lake Street and Lagoon Avenue in Minneapolis, with major work currently between East Bde Maka Ska Parkway and 22nd Avenue.
Work forecasted in this update may be impacted by severe weather. To keep on schedule, crews may be performing work on Saturdays in the coming weeks.

Separate from B Line and Lake Street improvements, CenterPoint Energy is updating its infrastructure and gas meters in some locations. The north side of Lake Street between Dupont and Blaisdell avenues is closed, maintaining at least one lane in each direction for through traffic. The south side of the Excelsior Boulevard and W Bde Maka Ska Boulevard intersection will be closed, and a detour will be provided via W Bde Maka Ska Parkway.
