Note: Due to the holiday week, there will not be a July 7 construction update. Crews will still be working July 5-July 7. The next update will be sent July 14.
Construction work is currently occurring at the following intersections:
St. Paul
Marshall & Cleveland
Construction at this intersection will include new station platforms and partial street reconstruction featuring new street, sidewalk, and pedestrian ramps.
Construction activities will first include street and sidewalk work, then transition to installation of station features. The intersection will be open to four-way traffic, with lane restrictions along Marshall Avenue.

Crews have completed private utility relocations along with fiber work and are beginning curb and gutter work.

Crews will complete curb and gutter work and will begin bus pad paving and underground electrical work.

All pavement work is anticipated to be completed in mid-July.
The installation of shelters, pylons, and other station features will follow shortly thereafter at both the north and south sections of the intersection, with all major work scheduled to be complete by late August.
Marshall & Fairview
Construction at this intersection will include new station platforms and partial street reconstruction featuring new street, sidewalk, and pedestrian ramps.
Construction activities will first include street and sidewalk work then transition to installation of station features. The intersection will be open to four-way traffic, with lane restrictions along Marshall Avenue.

Minneapolis
Lake Street
Work is currently occurring on the northern half of Lake Street and is moving east to west starting at Lake Street & West River Parkway and ending at Lake Street & Minnehaha Avenue. Two-way traffic is being maintained along Lake Street with lane and parking restrictions in place.
Later this summer, construction will include a mill and overlay as well as lane restriping. Sidewalks will remain open on at least one side of the street and pedestrian access will be maintained to homes and businesses.

Traffic and transit detours will be routed to Marshall Avenue between Dale Street and Western Avenue. Local access will be maintained for residents and businesses between Dale and Western along Selby Avenue.

Transit detours will be in place until late August. These detours include:

Route 21 buses are detoured off Selby Avenue onto Marshall Avenue between Hamline Avenue and John Ireland Boulevard.

Stops are closed at many intersections along the corridor. Please use either of the nearest stops to the east or west of these intersections
