County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 project update
ROCHESTER, Minn.
The CSAH 9 (College View Road SE) project, which includes grading, concrete surfacing, and roundabout construction, will implement the traffic control changes listed below beginning on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. Construction is anticipated to be complete by October 31, 2020.
- CSAH 9 (College View Road SE) will be closed to traffic from CR 155 (Energy Parkway NE, previously Sliver Creek Road NE) to 19 Avenue SE
- Entrance and Exit to/from Campus Drive will be from Energy Parkway NE (previously Silver Creek Road NE). All Olmsted County campus visitors and staff will be required to enter and exit from Energy Parkway NE
- Entrance to the Heintz Center will be from College Parkway SE
- Motorists from the Heintz Center Parking lot will be able to exit onto CSAH 9 and travel only to the east
- The CR 155 (Energy Parkway NE, previously Silver Creek Road NE) project is tentatively scheduled to be complete the week of October 12
Roadway users should expect delays during construction.
Reminder
Motorists are reminded to always drive with caution, and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cones.
