PUBLIC INFORMATION NOTICE

OLMSTED AND WINONA COUNTY, MINNESOTA,

Olmsted County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 and Winona County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 22

Concrete Rehabilitation work is scheduled to begin June 14, 2018

Concrete rehabilitation work is scheduled to begin on Olmsted County State Aid Highway 9 and Winona County State Aid Highway 22 between TH 42 and TH 74.  The project includes concrete repairs, joint sawing/sealing, and bituminous shoulder paving. 

The roadway will be closed to traffic.  A signed detour route will be provided and will be extending the current detour that is in place for the TH 42/ CSAH 9 roundabout project, see the attached map.

The project has a completion date of August 17, 2018.

Rochester Sand & Gravel is the contractor for the $1,638,000.00 project. 

Motorists are reminded to always drive with caution, slowdown in work zones, and never enter a road blocked with barriers or cone.
