The SWIFT Help Desk fields many questions about purchase order document types. If you are looking for information regarding purchase order document types, there are two Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) that you might find particularly useful.
Purchase Order Document Types provides detailed information about the various document types and when to use them.
Select the Correct Purchase Order Document Type includes a document type flow chart with a table of document titles and descriptions.
For more information about purchase orders or purchasing assets in general, please review the Purchase Orders/Purchasing Assets QRGs.

SWIFT Hot Topics feature Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) answered by the SWIFT Help Desk. Use these as a friendly reminder of a process or as an opportunity to learn something new!
Q: How can I learn about running queries and reports to manage transactions in my modules?
A: The SWIFT training team offers the Overview of SWIFT Reporting webinar. In this webinar, we demonstrate various ways to find information in SWIFT using inquiries, queries, and reports. We also discuss the support tools that help you get this information. Please take the SWIFT Introduction to Navigation webinar prior to taking this webinar. Register for both webinars in Learning Management.
Also, many modules have Quick References Guides that list commonly used queries for them.

SWIFT offers a wide variety of pay terms that include discounts for paying early. Enter the full amount of the invoice and choose the correct pay terms. For example, 2% 10/N30 will provide a 2% discount if processed within 10 days or the full amount in 30.
SWIFT displays the discount amount and discount due date on the payment information tab. Payments processed in time will automatically receive the discount. Additional Pay Terms can be added by contacting the SWIFT Help Desk.
For more information about payment process and scheduling, view the Date Definitions and Payment Processing Quick Reference Guide.
