This updated series includes a new knowledge area: Project Stakeholder Management. And, the previous 2-day Project Management Essentials class has been broken up in to two separate classes: a half-day Project Management 101 class and a full-day Project Integration Management class. These two classes are pre-requisites for the remaining nine classes in the series.
We hope to see you in class.
