Guest artists will be coming from across the U.S. and around the world to the Villain Arts Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Festival, which is scheduled for Jan. 6 to 8, 2023.
For artists interested in practicing at the Villain Arts Minneapolis Tattoo Arts Convention, artists must complete the online application for a guest license before Dec. 14 to ensure there is enough to time process your application and practice at the festival. All guest artist license applications and payments must be completed online. Paper applications are not accepted.
MDH cannot guarantee that guest artist technician applications received on or after Dec. 14, 2022, will be processed in time for the festival.

- The fee is $140 and is not prorated.
- You must print your license in advance, bring it with you to the festival, and have it prominently displayed while at the event.
