Reminder: PPMRS Reporting Closes March 31

Please share this message with your staff working on PPMRS reporting.

Just like warm weather and spring flowers, the PPMRS reporting deadline is just around the corner. Completed, validated reports are due March 31, 2012.

Please verify that your completed forms are not just saved, but that they are also submitted. Submission of all forms is necessary for the validation process to run.

After validation runs, CHS administrators will receive an email identifying any errors or stating that your reporting is complete. Don’t forget to forward this message to your staff completing the forms.

Allow  some time, prior to March 31, to correct any errors identified by the validation report.

Remember that CHB questions can only be accessed and completed using the CHS Administrator’s username and password.
