Changes to COVID-19 Reporting in Minnesota Congregate Care Settings

MDH is changing the process for reporting cases of COVID-19 from long-term care facilities. These changes will begin July 13, 2022 at 4:30 pm. To learn more about what and how to report cases of COVID-19 to MDH after July 13, please see the following:

The recorded presentation Changes to COVID-19 Reporting in Minnesota Congregate Care Settings is now available on the MDH website. It describes in detail what the changes are to reporting by facility type (nursing home, assisted living facility, DHS facility, etc.).
