CHS-PHN Info: Assistant Commissioner Craig Acomb to Leave MDH

Craig Acomb, assistant commissioner for the Administrative Services Bureau since 2009, has announced that he will be leaving MDH to become the chief operating officer for the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI). ICSI is a non-profit organization that brings together diverse groups to transform the health care system so that it delivers patient-centered and value-driven care. The organization partners with MDH on a wide range of issues, including health care homes, SHIP, and a number of health reform initiatives. Former Commissioner of Health Dr. Sanne Magnan is president and CEO of ICSI.
