When you’re vaccinated against COVID-19, you can get the most out of summer while keeping your friends and family safe. Minnesotans who get their first COVID-19 vaccine in June are eligible for Your Shot to Summer – Vaccine RewardsBut rewards are limited, so don't wait.

This is your shot—get vaccinated in Duluth on Sunday, June 27

A COVID-19 vaccine is reserved for you this Sunday at the Duluth Convention Center at 350 Harbor Drive. To secure your vaccine, go to Duluth Community Vaccination Site Sign-up by Vault Health.

Appointments are available from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday, June 27. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome. 

You do not have to pay to get a COVID-19 vaccine, and you do not need to show ID, health insurance, or proof of citizenship. Must be 18 or older. Masks are required. Call Minnesota's COVID-19 Hotline at 833-431-2053 or Vault Health at 800-800-5698 for more information.

Act fast to claim your vaccine reward

If you get your first shot by June 30, you can apply for your prize at Your Shot to Summer – Vaccine RewardsThis program rewards you for getting your shot, protecting yourself, and kicking off summer the right way. A Minnesota fishing license, tickets to the State Fair, and a $25 Visa gift card are just a few of the incentives available. Act fast, there's not much more time to get your first dose and submit your application.

Minnesotans can also sign up to receive a reward by calling 833-431-2053 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., or Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m..

In order to be eligible, Minnesotans 12+ must receive their first dose between May 27, 2021 and June 30, 2021. Reward requests must be submitted online or by phone to the Minnesota Department of Health by 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021.
