Security Paper Contract with Northstar Extended through March 2021
The Minnesota Department of Administration and the Office of Vital Records (OVR) have chosen to cancel the request for proposal (RFP) for a vital record paper vendor. It is our intent to issue a new Request for Proposal.
The State extended the current contract with Northstar Computer Forms, Inc., doing business as AmeriTech, Inc., until March 31, 2021. In the meantime, the State will issue a new RFP, evaluate bids, and award a contract.
Under the extension, the certificate paper design, security features, delivery methods, and price remain the same. All Minnesota vital records offices should continue to order their certificate paper at State of Minnesota Vital Record Order Form.
