Minnesota Case Mix Review (CMR) Program Updates.

The current Case Mix Classification Manual for Nursing Facilities has been updated with a new name and we have combined the CMR Portal Instructions into Appendix E of this manual.

The Case Mix Review Program has also released a new CMR Portal were facilities can access the CMR checklists, classification notices, and reports.

Both links are available on the Case Mix Review Program Website.

CMR Portal Directors and Users were sent an email with information on the new CMR Portal and Portal Instructions.

You can update or cancel your subscription at any time by editing your personal profile. All you will need are your email address and your password (if you have selected one).
