Effective August 3, 2020 for the health facilities listed below, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Health Regulation Division, Licensing and Certification Program restarted licensing and registration processing based on available resources.
Note: A license or registration that expired on or after April 8, 2020 while in good standing, is considered in effect until the licensee/registrant has been notified otherwise by MDH.
