Consumer Protection: Bill of Rights for Assisted Living and Home Care Updated November 2019
We posted updated home care bills of rights serving clients in assisted living, home care and Medicare home health agencies.
These revisions were prompted by the 2019 Minnesota Legislature effective August 1, 2019.
We worked closely with consumer and provider stakeholders on updating these versions, which enhanced the clarity of this important information.
