Please ensure that the contact information for the District Assessment Coordinator (DAC), District Technology Coordinator (DTC), EDIAM Identified Official with Authority (IOwA), and other roles in the Minnesota Department of Education-Organization Reference Glossary (MDE-ORG) are current. This database is used by MDE and service providers when contacting DACs or other district or charter school personnel. Mailing addresses should also be verified in MDE-ORG as these are used when shipping reports and secure test materials.
All contact information in MDE-ORG is updated and maintained by the district’s Site Verification Coordinator (SVC). You can look up the SVC for your district in MDE-ORG. If the SVC has any questions about the process, they can contact mde.school-verify@state.mn.us for support.

Minnesota IT (MNIT) Services and the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) are preparing for scheduled maintenance of MDE’s Education Identity & Access Management (EDIAM) Security System the weekend of Aug. 1–4. All EDIAM-secured web applications and secure reports will be unavailable starting 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 1 for security system maintenance. All impacted web applications and secure reports will be available again by 8 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 4.
After the maintenance is complete, the link to launch the EDIAM User Profile system will change to: https://sec.education.mn.gov/EDIAMProfile/. MDE website links will be updated during migration. However, any users who bookmarked the old EDIAM User Profile link in their web browser will have to update their bookmark after the migration. The MDE website has instructions on How to create a web browser favorite for an EDIAM-secured application. This, and other information, can be found on the Data Submissions webpage.
Any EDIAM Security System issues encountered after migration should be reported to the EDIAM Helpdesk at useraccess.mde@state.mn.us.
