SUN Bucks Eligibility Data Upload Portal (EDU-Portal)
We want to extend our sincere appreciation to all schools for your understanding and collaboration as we have worked through recent portal and data upload issues. Your patience and support have been invaluable.
We are pleased to share that most common errors have now been resolved. Our team remains committed to addressing any remaining and future issues promptly and thoroughly.
Please know we are here to support you every step of the way and will continue working diligently to ensure a smooth experience moving forward.
As a reminder, the SUN Bucks EDU-Portal/Summer EBT will remain open throughout the summer for schools to upload student data and will officially close for the 2025 SUN Bucks data submission on September 5, 2025.

- Social media messages and images
- Articles for school newsletters
- Newsletter articles for non-profits or community partners
- SUN Bucks Marketing Materials from the USDA
- Web graphics
Check out the new SUN Bucks Engagement site here! A family-facing overview of the program and FAQ are also available on the DCYF SUN Bucks webpage.
2025 SUN Bucks Office Hours
The Minnesota Department of Education SUN Bucks team continues to offer virtual office hours to support schools with any SUN Bucks-related questions. To make the most of your session, please submit a meeting request along with detailed information about your questions or concerns. This will help us review and prepare in advance to better assist you.
