Notice of Potential Student Records Disclosure
In accordance with a court order, the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) must disclose certain information about some former students in Minnesota whose birthdates are between July 1, 1998, through June 30, 2001, and who received special education services between July 1, 2019, and July 1, 2022.
