The P-EBT Portal is Closed 

The final deadline for P-EBT portal data entry was July 31, 2023, at 4 p.m. Portal data can no longer be entered or updated.

Student P-EBT Benefit Status 

Schools can now review the portal to see which students received 2022-23 P-EBT benefits. When reviewing the “Students” tab, schools can see which students are in the “All Steps Complete” status in the “Current Step” column. This indicates that the student received benefits during the 2022-23 school year. The image below shows this example.

As shown below on the second image, a student’s benefit details can be pulled up by clicking the “Students” tab and the student’s name for additional information. On the student’s record, the following benefit details can be viewed:

• Benefit Creation Month 2022-23: The first P-EBT benefits this student received during this school year.  
• P-EBT Participation: The years the student received benefits during the P-EBT program. 
• Summer Benefit: The years the student received summer benefits during the P-EBT program.
