P-EBT Portal Now Open for Final Deadline

The P-EBT program is ending and this is the last disbursement deadline.

The last P-EBT data submission for the 2022-23 school year is Monday, July 31, 2023, at 4 p.m.

This is the last P-EBT data submission opportunity for the following:

• Missed school year COVID-19 impacts between 9/6/2022 – 5/11/2023
• Missed free/reduced-price lunch students for summer benefit eligibility
• Newly approved homeschool and virtual students and corresponding COVID-19 impact dates

P-EBT Portal Update

P-EBT portal student benefit disbursement files for July 2023 have been updated. Students who will receive Summer 2023 benefits in July will now show as “All Steps Complete.”

Homeschool and Virtual Student Applications

Schools need a deadline for accepting the Application for P-EBT Benefits for Homeschool and Virtual Students. Deadlines need to be communicated to families to allow families the opportunity to apply by or before July 31, 2023. Schools are required to approve or deny applications using the Notice of Approval or Denial Letter for Applications for P-EBT Homeschool and Virtual Students. Approved applications should be entered into the portal prior to July 31, 2023, at 4 p.m.
