Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Bulletin for June 26, 2023

Portal Data Entry Deadline

The next P-EBT data submission for 2022-23 school year (SY) is Friday, June 30, 2023 at 4 p.m. Use the P-EBT Excel Template and save in a comma-separated values (CSV) file format prior to uploading. Instructions for Manual Entry and Bulk Upload document is available for step-by-step guidance. Please upload student data into the P-EBT portal as soon as possible to allow time to correct data errors that may occur.

July 4 Holiday

Reminder that State Government employees will be out-of-office for the July 4 holiday.

Students Not Sent to DHS Status

Students qualifying for Summer 2023 P-EBT or students with new COVID-19 impacts entered for the June 30 deadline will be updated to “Sent to DHS” status roughly a week after the deadline. If a student has not qualified, but you suspect they should, please first check their student record for details. If you have questions regarding their status, please email us the details for us to review.
