Free and Reduced-Price Lunch Students

Guidance from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) was received May 10 on Summer P-EBT eligibility. All free and reduced-price lunch students and direct certified students, need to be uploaded to the portal with their 2021-22 application date by May 31, 2022. A student COVID-19 impact does not need to be submitted to the portal.

MARSS Data Reminder

The Minnesota Automated Reporting Student System (MARSS) data will need to be updated prior to the May 31 deadline. The P-EBT portal confirms student information against the MARSS data. If the MARSS data is not updated, it could cause a missed or overpayment to a student.

Next Portal Deadline – May 31, 2022, at 4 p.m., please upload early

Please review the Instructions for Manual Entry and Bulk Upload and Frequently Asked Questions for P-EBT 2021-22 prior to submitting.

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) will be closed on May 30, 2022, for Memorial Day.
