You will schedule directly with the pharmacy when they contact you. If you already received information from the pharmacy and scheduled your appointment, nothing further is needed from you.
As we move into week three of the COVID-19 vaccine pilot for school and child care staff, the state is utilizing a new state site in Minneapolis, 35 county local public health clinics spread out throughout the state, as well as pharmacies in Brainerd, St. Cloud, and Rochester.
With the transition to semi-permanent state sites and in ensuring continued access in Greater Minnesota for educators and child care staff, pharmacy partners in Brainerd, St. Cloud, and Rochester are helping to serve the waitlists from state sites in week two of the pilot. As access increases, the invitations will expand through additional programs not yet invited in the pilot. You are a part of this first round of invitations from these partners this week. We have prioritized afternoon, evening and weekend appointments based on feedback from child care providers.
Thank you for your patience as the Governor continues to advocate for additional vaccines to Minnesota and we work on these strategies to prioritize access for school and child care staff.
