Action Item: Ensure Correct Program Dates in Site Applications 

School Food Authorities (SFAs) planning to operate the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) or Seamless Summer Option (SSO) through the end of their school year must ensure that the closing date is updated to April 30, 2021, on question #4 in the site application in the Cyber-Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS)The number of serving days in each month should also be updated through April 2021 on question #6. CLiCS will not allow sponsors to submit claims for months occurring after the program end date listed on the site application. 

Instructions for application updates past April 30, 2021, will be provided at a future date.

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) Training  

Two live webinars will be held on February 3, 2021, to provide an overview of P-EBT and cover data entry procedures. This training is intended for public and nonpublic school staff who will be responsible for compiling and submitting data to MDE. The webinars will be recorded for those who are unable to attend. Read additional information about P-EBT eligibility and the data collection process.
