Pandemic EBT for School Year 2020-21

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) is a federal temporary emergency nutrition benefit that is loaded on electronic cards for families to purchase food. In order for families to receive these benefits, the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) must collect additional data from schools. Read important and time-sensitive information about P-EBT eligibility, the data collection process and training opportunities.

This information is being shared with Superintendents, Charter School Directors, Nutrition Service staff, MARSS Coordinators and Business Managers. Please email pebt.mde@state.mn.us if there are questions.
